Individual Coaching
Coaching can help you grow, overcome, and thrive in life and work.
If needing or wanting a profound shift was enough, we would already have made the changes we desire.
For most of us, it takes some outside perspective, some connection, some wisdom, and some personal development practices to overcome our challenges, our habits, our patterns, and our limitations.
If you are tired of trying on your own, you don’t have to.
I’m ready to guide you through the deep work to discover your current way of showing up in the world, explore new possibilities, release the grip of the past, and establish the lasting transformation you desire.
Is coaching right for you?
Maybe. Coaching is a good fit if you:
Desire a profound shift and are willing to engage in a transformational process to experience it.
Have the courage and determination to explore and release old patterns, choices, and systems that no longer serve you.
Can open yourself up to honest conversations, regular reflection on your progress, and consistent daily practices that enable change.
Want to embrace your unique, evolving, and messy self.
Are eager to develop a vision not just for a better future, but also for new patterns, new choices, and new systems that make it possible.
Does coaching really work?
Yes!
We are in the middle of a new golden age of understanding how real, sustainable, and achievable change happens in people’s lives.
Advances in developmental psychology, neurobiology, systems thinking, mindfulness, and mind-body connection have yielded insights we have never had before into how people get stuck and how they overcome.
You don’t have to become an expert in these areas to grow, but having a coach who understands them and guides you through a process to use them to your advantage can make all the difference in the world.
Our lives don’t change because of new thinking or new beliefs. They change because we develop new moves, new skills, new “muscles”, new habits that we choose every day that are grounded in that new thinking and new beliefs.
What does coaching look like?
One-on-one coaching begins with a conversation.
Together, we talk through what your life and work look like and the ways you need a shift. Then, we identify your aspirations for what they could look like. We meet together for 90 minutes every other week for six months.
Between these meetings, you engage in daily reflection and practices we have developed together. This process gradually builds new insights that lead you to new habits and systems that give you dynamic and expanded capabilities to create the changes you desire.
As you cycle through, you will find yourself breaking through established obstacles and gaining new perspectives on yourself, your work, your relationships, and your world.
We conclude our six-month transformational process together with a session focused on reflection, appreciation, and completion. We will bring closure to this season of your journey and look toward your new path ahead.
Next, most people have a sense that they have leveled up in their understanding and practices, and they pivot their full attention to living these out in ever-evolving ways.
Some people desire to continue our connection and find having regular meetings every one, two, or three months helpful.
